For the past 27 years I have been in the culinary industry, working in restaurants and hotels on the east coast. In 2003 I started Keith Menu Design as a consulting company creating menus for local restaurants, and did personal catering.

Keith Menu Design is a full service Off-Permise catering company which offers Carving Stations, Exhibition Cooking Stations, Buffets, and Chef Table Menus to fit your budget, no event is to small. All soups, sauces, and deserts are prepared fresh in a State Inspected Food Service Facility, we have Professoinal Chefs and Service Staff. Keith`s Menu Design caters in the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virgina Area, we also offer cooking classes every month. Halls that we have cater in are the following Oxon Hill Manor, 1840 Ball Room, Waverly Mansion, and Embassy Of Ethiopia. Keith Menu Design is also on the vendors list for PG County Schools.
Keith Menu Design is family-owned and operated right here in Windsor Mill, MD. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.
